Park Lodge Shooting School grounds are open Wednesday to Sunday and are closed to the public on Mondays & Tuesdays.

Risk Assessments

Shooters should note that on arrival on site they will be asked to read, sign and adhere to the following risk assessment:

In the interest of your safety and well being it is the policy of Park Lodge Shooting School that everyone who attends these facilities will at all times wear some form of head protection [which includes any type of hat].

Eye protection, which includes safety glasses as well as prescription lenses, which will be worn over the eyes at all times, no matter what the weather conditions consist of.

Hearing protection will be worn at all times.

Any person who is seen on the shooting ground area who is not wearing the above equipment will be escorted from the ground.

Guns must not be closed, sighted or dry mounted anywhere other than: within a shooting station.

In cases of danger or emergency SOUNDING A HORN STOPS THE SHOOT. On the sounding of a safety horn by any official, referee, trap personnel, or contestant on the ground, all shooters will cease shooting immediately and unload.
Shooting will not commence until the Safety Officer gives the all clear.
